§ 55-1-303

Every deed conveying land shall be construed to include all buildings, privileges, and appurtenances of every kind belonging to such land unless an exception is made in the deed.\nCode 1919, § 5168; Code 1950, § 55-50; 1992, c. 373; 2019, c. 712.
