Any person who offers on-premises mobile casino gaming in violation of this article or regulations promulgated thereunder is guilty of a Class 6 felony and subject to a fine of not more than $25,000 and, in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine of not more than $100,000.\n2020, cc. 1197, 1248.
