Agreements subject to the provisions of this chapter shall not be subject to any requirement contained in Chapter 8 (§ 13.1-557 et seq.) of Title 13.1 or Chapter 27.1 (§ 59.1-352.1 et seq.) of this title.\n1988, c. 73; 2002, c. 898.
