A. The provisions of the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) shall apply to all stock institutions in all cases not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, except the provisions of Article 15 (§ 13.1-729 et seq.) of Chapter 9 of Title 13.1 shall not apply.\nB.
