Any licensee may surrender any license by delivering it to the Commission with written notice of its surrender. The surrender shall not affect the licensee's civil or criminal liability for acts previously committed.\nCode 1950, § 6-293; 1966, c. 584, § 6.1-263; 2010, c. 794.
