The Commission may reinstate any suspended license, or issue a new license to a person any license of whom has been revoked, if no fact or condition then exists that clearly would have warranted the Commission to refuse originally to issue a license under this chapter.\nCode 1950, § 6-295; 1966, c. 584, § 6.1-265; 2010, c. 794.
