The provisions of this chapter, including specifically the licensure requirements of § 6.2-2201, shall apply to persons making motor vehicle title loans over the Internet to Virginia residents or any individuals in Virginia, whether or not the person making the loan maintains a physical presence in the Commonwealth.\n2010, c. 477, § 6.1-505; 2011, c. 418.
