§ 60-2-624

Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to this chapter shall be allowed expenses at a rate fixed by the Commission. Such expenses shall be deemed a part of the expense of administering this title.\nCode 1950, § 60-54; 1968, c. 738, § 60.1-66; 1986, c. 480.
