Such warehouseman or cooperative marketing association shall also place upon all leaf tobacco delivered to him or to it for sale, offer for sale, or display for sale, a ticket or card which shall state the matters and things required to be recorded by the warehouseman or cooperative marketing association by §§ 61.1-47 and 61.1-48.\nCode 1950, § 61-148; 1968, c. 69.
