For the purposes of this chapter:\n'Committee' means the Potomac Aquifer Recharge Oversight Committee established pursuant to § 62.1-272.\n'Department' means the Department of Environmental Quality.\n'HRSD' means the Hampton Roads Sanitation District.\n'Laboratory' means the Potomac Aquifer Recharge Monitoring Laboratory established pursuant to § 62.1-274.\n'SWIFT Project' means the Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow Project conducted by HRSD.\n2019, cc. 54, 58.
