As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:\n'Basin' means the Roanoke River Basin.\n'Roanoke River Basin' means that land area designated as the Roanoke River Basin by the Virginia State Water Control Board, pursuant to § 62.1-44.38, and the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources.\n2002, cc. 657, 843; 2003, c. 885.
