§ 62-1-66

There is hereby created a Commission of three members to be known as the Potomac River Basin Commission of Virginia, but the Commission shall not come into being unless and until the Governor shall have executed the compact hereinabove authorized.\nCode 1950, § 62-64; 1968, c. 659.
