No alteration, amendment or repeal of this chapter shall, without the consent of the licensee, affect any license granted under the provisions of this chapter, nor shall it affect the provisions, terms and conditions of such license nor the rights of the licensee thereunder.\nCode 1950, § 62-92; 1968, c. 659.
