§ 63-2-500

For purposes of this subtitle, unless the context otherwise clearly requires:\n'Agreement' means the written individualized agreement of personal responsibility required by this chapter.\n'Case manager' means the worker designated by the local department, a private-sector contractor or a private community-based organization including nonprofit entities, churches, or voluntary organizations that provide case management services.\n'Intensive case management' means individualized services provided by a properly trained case manager.\n1994, cc. 858, 951, § 63.1-133.42; 1995, c. 450; 2002, c. 747.
