§ 65-2-521

The Commission, upon application of either party, may, in its discretion, having regard to the welfare of the employee and the convenience of the employer, authorize compensation to be paid bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly instead of weekly.\nCode 1950, § 65-70; 1968, c. 660, § 65.1-73; 1991, c. 355.
