§ 8-01-463

If the amount of the judgment does not exceed $25,000, exclusive of interest and costs, no bill to enforce the lien, pursuant to § 8.01-462, thereof shall be entertained if the real estate is the judgment debtor's primary residence.\nCode 1950, § 8-392; 1977, c. 617; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, cc. 91, 92.
