§ 8-01-507-1

The commissioner shall, at the request of either of the parties, return the interrogatories and answers filed with him, and a report of the proceedings under §§ 8.01-506 and 8.01-507, to the court in which the judgment is rendered.\nCode 1950, § 8-437; 1954, c. 624; 1977, c. 617.
