A. The Department shall provide to the State Corporation Commission a list of all newly licensed surety bondsmen each month.\nB. When the Department terminates a surety bail bondsman's license, the Department shall immediately notify the State Corporation Commission of the surety bail bondsman's termination and the reason for such termination.\n2004, c. 460.
