RCW 11.96A.290Superior court—Venue.As used in RCW 11.96A.260 through 11.96A.320, 'superior court' means: (1) Before the commencement of any legal proceedings, the appropriate superior court with respect to the matter as provided in RCW 11.96A.040; and (2) if legal proceedings have been commenced with respect to the matter, the superior court in which the proceedings are pending.[ 1999 c 42 s 504.]
