RCW 24.03A.045Relationship to other laws.(1) Unless displaced by particular provisions of this chapter, the principles of law and equity supplement this chapter.(2) This chapter does not authorize an act prohibited by, and does not affect the application or requirements of, law other than this chapter.(3) This chapter modifies, limits, or supersedes the federal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act, Title 15 U.S.C.
