RCW 24.03A.305Termination of registration.The secretary of state may terminate the registration of a registered foreign nonprofit corporation under RCW 23.95.550:(1) For any reason set forth in RCW 23.95.550(1);(2) If the secretary of state receives a duly authenticated certificate from the secretary of state or other official having custody of corporate records in the state or country under whose law the foreign [nonprofit] corporation is incorporated stating that it has been dissolved or did not survive a merger; or(3) If the corporation has continued to exceed or abuse the authority conferred upon it by this chapter.[ 2021 c 176 s 1810.]NOTES:Effective date—2021 c 176: See note following RCW 24.03A.005.
