RCW 24.03A.916Prohibition of financial benefit.No person may receive a direct or indirect financial benefit in connection with the dissolution of a charitable corporation unless the person is an entity operated exclusively for one or more charitable purposes, the federal government, a tribal government, a state or local government, or an unincorporated entity that has charitable purposes.
