RCW 24.03A.934Reinstatement of administratively dissolved corporation.A nonprofit corporation administratively dissolved under RCW 23.95.610 may apply to the secretary of state for reinstatement by following the procedure and meeting the requirements set forth in RCW 23.95.615.
