RCW 29B.10.290Incidental committee. (Effective January 1, 2026.)'Incidental committee' means any nonprofit organization not otherwise defined as a political committee but that may incidentally make a contribution or an expenditure in excess of the reporting thresholds in RCW 29B.25.090, directly or through a political committee.
