RCW 35.86A.020Authority of cities of first and second class to establish parking facilities through parking commissions.Cities of the first and second class are authorized and empowered to establish and maintain public off-street parking facilities through a parking commission; the use of property and property rights for such purpose is declared to be a public use; and parking facilities under the control of such parking commission shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter.[ 1994 c 81 s 64; 1969 ex.s. c 204 s 2.]
