RCW 35.87A.050Notice of hearing.Notice of a hearing held under the provisions of this chapter shall be given by:(1) One publication of the resolution of intention in a newspaper of general circulation in the city; and(2) Mailing a complete copy of the resolution of intention to each business and multifamily residential or mixed-use project in the proposed, or established, area.
