RCW 35.87A.070Change of boundaries.If the legislative authority decides to change the boundaries of the proposed area, the hearing shall be continued to a time at least fifteen days after such decision and notice shall be given as prescribed in RCW 35.87A.050, showing the boundary amendments, but no resolution of intention is required.[ 1971 ex.s. c 45 s 7.]
