RCW 35.87A.150Benefit zones—Authorized—Rates.The legislative authority may, for each of the purposes set out in RCW 35.87A.010, establish and modify one or more separate benefit zones based upon the degree of benefit derived from the purpose and may impose a different rate of special assessment within each such benefit zone.[ 1971 ex.s. c 45 s 15.]
