RCW 36.28A.36024/7 sobriety program—Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs may adopt policies and procedures.The Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs may adopt policies and procedures for the administration of the 24/7 sobriety program to:(1) Provide for procedures and apparatus for testing;(2) Establish fees and costs for participation in the program to be paid by the participants;(3) Require the submission of reports and information by law enforcement agencies within this state.[ 2013 2nd sp.s. c 35 s 29.]
