RCW 36.70A.097Climate change and resiliency planning timeline—Funding. (Expires July 31, 2025.)(1) Notwithstanding the requirements of RCW 36.70A.070(10), it is the intent that jurisdictions subject to RCW 36.70A.130(5)(b) implement the requirements of chapter 228, Laws of 2023 on or before June 30, 2025. Any funding provided to cover applicable local government costs related to implementation of chapter 228, Laws of 2023 shall be considered timely.(2) This section expires July 31, 2025.[ 2023 c 228 s 16.]
