RCW 41.05A.060Authorization to discharge or compromise lien.(1) No settlement made by and between a recipient and either the tort feasor or insurer, or both, discharges or otherwise compromises the lien created in RCW 41.05A.070 without the express written consent of the director or the director's designee.
