RCW 43.20A.300Department as state agency for receipt of federal funds for vocational rehabilitation—Exception.Except as provided in RCW 74.18.060, the department of social and health services shall serve as the sole agency of the state for the receipt of federal funds made available by acts of congress for vocational rehabilitation within this state.[ 1983 c 194 s 28; 1977 ex.s. c 40 s 15; 1970 ex.s. c 18 s 40.]NOTES:Severability—1977 ex.s. c 40: 'If any provision of this 1977 amendatory act, or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act, or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.'
