RCW 43.21A.120Director to employ personnel—Application of state civil service law.The director shall have the power to employ such personnel as may be necessary for the general administration of this chapter: PROVIDED, That except as specified in RCW 41.06.073, such employment shall be in accordance with the rules of the state civil service law, chapter 41.06 RCW.[ 1970 ex.s. c 62 s 12.]
