RCW 43.21C.540Mitigation of light pollution at utility-scale wind energy facility—Actions exempt from requirements of this chapter.(1) Actions to mitigate light pollution at a utility-scale wind energy facility as required under RCW 70A.550.020, are categorically exempt from the requirements of this chapter.(2) For the purposes of this section, 'utility-scale wind energy facility' has the same meaning as defined in RCW 70A.550.010.[ 2023 c 344 s 6.]
