RCW 43.79A.030Segregation—Withdrawals.The state treasurer shall be responsible for maintaining segregated accounts of moneys of each fund which is deposited in the treasurer's trust fund. Except as provided by law, all money deposited in the treasurer's trust fund shall be held in trust by the state treasurer and may be withdrawn only upon the order of the depositing agency or its disbursing officer.[ 1973 1st ex.s. c 15 s 3.]
