RCW 43.99G.179Hood Canal aquatic rehabilitation bond account.The Hood Canal aquatic rehabilitation bond account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from proceeds from the bonds issued under RCW 43.99G.170 must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for programs and projects to protect and restore Hood Canal, including implementing RCW 90.88.020 and 90.88.030.[ 2006 c 167 s 307.]
