RCW 46.08.067Publicly owned vehicles—Violations concerning marking and confidential license plates.A violation of any provision of RCW 46.08.065 as now or hereafter amended or of RCW 46.08.066 shall subject the public officer or employee committing such violation to disciplinary action by the appropriate appointing authority or employing agency. Such disciplinary action may include, but shall not be limited to, suspension without pay or termination of employment in the case of repeated or continuing noncompliance.[ 1975 1st ex.s. c 169 s 3.]
