RCW 46.12.745Assignment of new number.An identification number shall be assigned to any article impounded pursuant to RCW 46.12.725 in accordance with the rules promulgated by the department of licensing prior to:(1) The release of the article from the custody of the seizing agency; or(2) The use of the article by the seizing agency.[ 2011 c 171 s 42; 1979 c 158 s 138; 1975-'76 2nd ex.s. c 91 s 6.
