RCW 46.16A.210Emblems—Material, display requirements.License plate emblems and veteran remembrance emblems must use fully reflectorized materials designed to provide visibility at night. Emblems must be designed to be affixed to a license plate by pressure-sensitive adhesive so as not to obscure the plate identification numbers or letters.Emblems must be issued for display on the front and rear license plates.
