RCW 46.20.2021Statewide education campaign for border-crossing initiative.The department shall develop and implement a statewide education campaign to educate Washington citizens about the border-crossing initiative authorized by chapter 7, Laws of 2007. The educational campaign must include information on the forms of travel for which the existing and enhanced driver's license can be used.
