RCW 46.20.292Finding of juvenile court officer.The department may suspend, revoke, restrict, or condition any driver's license upon a showing of its records that the licensee has been found by a juvenile court, chief probation officer, or any other duly authorized officer of a juvenile court to have committed any offense or offenses which under Title 46 RCW constitutes grounds for said action.[ 1979 c 61 s 8; 1967 c 167 s 9.]
