RCW 46.25.057Medical certificate—Failure to carry—Penalty.(1) It is a traffic infraction for a licensee under this chapter to drive a commercial vehicle while downgraded for not maintaining a current medical certificate with the department.(2) A person who violates this section is subject to a penalty of two hundred fifty dollars.
