RCW 46.29.310When judgment creditors to report nonpayment of judgments.Whenever any person fails within thirty days to satisfy any judgment, then it shall be the duty of the judgment creditor to forward immediately to the department the following:(1) A certified copy or abstract of such judgment;(2) A certificate of facts relative to such judgment;(3) Where the judgment is by default, a certified copy or abstract of that portion of the record which indicates the manner in which service of summons was effectuated and all the measures taken to provide the defendant with timely and actual notice of the suit against him or her.[ 2016 c 93 s 5; 2010 c 8 s 9039; 1969 ex.s. c 44 s 1; 1963 c 169 s 31.]
