RCW 46.29.320Further action with respect to nonresidents.If the defendant named in any certified copy or abstract of a judgment reported to the department is a nonresident, the department shall transmit those certificates furnished to it under RCW 46.29.310 to the official in charge of the issuance of licenses and registrations of the state of which the defendant is a resident.[ 1969 ex.s. c 44 s 2; 1963 c 169 s 32.]
