RCW 46.61.5151Sentences—Intermittent fulfillment—Restrictions.A sentencing court may allow a person convicted of a nonfelony violation of RCW 46.61.502 or 46.61.504 to fulfill the terms of the sentence provided in RCW 46.61.5055 in nonconsecutive or intermittent time periods.
