RCW 46.79.100Other provisions to comply with chapter.Any municipality or political subdivision of this state which now has or subsequently makes provision for the regulation of hulk haulers or scrap processors shall comply strictly with the provisions of this chapter.[ 1971 ex.s. c 110 s 10.]
