RCW 46.82.290Administration of chapter—Adoption of rules.(1) The director shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the law pertaining to driver training schools as set forth in this chapter.(2) The director is authorized to adopt and enforce such reasonable rules as may be consistent with and necessary to carry out this chapter.[ 1979 ex.s. c 51 s 2.]
