RCW 47.04.081Urban public transportation systems—Participation in planning, development, and establishment.The department is empowered to join financially or otherwise with any public agency or any county, city, or town in the state of Washington or any other state, or with the federal government or any agency thereof, or with any or all thereof for the planning, development, and establishment of urban public transportation systems in conjunction with new or existing highway facilities.[ 1984 c 7 s 89; 1967 c 108 s 13; 1965 ex.s. c 170 s 63.]NOTES:Urban public transportation system defined: RCW 47.04.082.
