RCW 47.04.420Railroad crossing grant program.A railroad crossing grant program is hereby created in the department, local programs division. The department shall develop a prioritization process to make awards for cities and counties with projects that eliminate at grade highway-rail crossings, improving safety and expediting the movement of vehicles.
