RCW 47.12.011Purchase options authorized.Whenever it becomes necessary or feasible to purchase rights-of-way for state highways, and the department deems it to be in the best interest of the general public, the department may secure options for purchase of property needed or proposed for any entire project or section thereof or proposed alignment for the location or relocation of any highway.[ 1984 c 7 s 114; 1961 c 13 s 47.12.011.
